- They give you a many backlinks from sites with different IP addresses, but not from different Class-C blocks. Google is smart and also detects this popular link spam method. Hard to detect for a customer but basically the same problem as before, almost worthless links!
- They use automated software to generate a tons of backlinks with the push of a button. If anything like this involved, then these people must be really really smart to cloak everything they do. Otherwise the search engines will quickly detect it. This is spam and the search engines are on the top of spam. Always. If this works (for a short while), you can’t get such backlinks for cheap simply because of the technical effort involved.
