- Save money: Quick Start Sites are much cheaper than making a new site yourself or hire somebody to create a site (which would cost you several hundred Dollar per site)

- Make more money: The more sites you have online the more money you can make, it’s a simple math. Put as many sites live as quickly you can! Quick Start Sites are perfect to build a niche empire fast.
Building niche sites is an extremely time consuming task and it requires some knowledge and experience to put a good niche site together. With Quick Start Sites you skip the time consuming niche site building process and start making money right away.
I have put some high quality niche sites together in niches that have traffic and money. I’ve done the niche and keyword research, got great original content and graphics and packed everything together for you.
For an incredible low price you can buy a site and get started. Unlike other places that sell PLR sites to hundreds or thousands of people, each Quick Start Site is sold only a maximum of 10 times to protect the exclusivity and quality of this package.
Here is what each Quick Start Site comes with:
- All XSitePro and HTML resource files, fully customizable
- Original graphics made by a professional graphics designer, including the source files (PSD) so that you can change the graphics if you like
- Original content, copyscape checked and written by a professional native speaking English writer. You get 10 UAW500 articles, means you get 10 original articles, minimum 500 words each, plus 2 rewrites of each article.
- Built-in RSS feed like a blog for better syndication
- Fully SEOed, means the site is search engine friendly having a Google XML Sitemap, Web Sitemap, H1 titles, Meta Description, Meta Keywords, robots.txt and long tail article titles
- All keyword research data to make it easy for you to add more content to your site with the right long-tail keywords for faster and easier rankings
- Affiliate programs that you can start using right now to monetize the niche even further
What you need:
- Domain: You need to register your own domain
- Web Hosting Account: You need your own web hosting account where you can upload the site to
- Text or HTML Editor: You need to add your Adsense code (or affiliate offers) to the site
The site is finished already. All you have to do is changing the Adsense code and uploading the site to your web host. This only takes about 15 minutes in total. If you have never done this before, here are the steps:
- You first need to register a domain name. I recommend namecheap.com. I’ve been using them for years without problems. Their interface is easy to use and domain names are cheap. You can get a .com domain for less than $10. You then need to point the nameservers to your web hosting account
- If you have no hosting, then you need to get an web hosting account. If you plan to have many niche sites, then I recommend to get a VPS hosting account where you can host dozens of sites under one account. Such VPS accounts usually cost around $50 per month.
- You need to edit the web site to replace the existing Adsense code with yours. You can do that with a simple text editor like notepad. However, if you intend to create a niche empire with lots of sites, I strongly recommend to get XSitePro. Quick Start Sites are made with XSitePro. You can simply import, edit, manage and upload dozens or hundreds of sites with it.

Read on. I consider my sites as top high quality sites. But what makes them so valuable and what’s the difference to other PLR sites?
Content: Your site lives or dies with the quality of your content. Content is king. If you make a mistake here you will never get anywhere with your site. Most PLR sites are sold with bad and literally worthless content. How do you know? First, check the content at copyscape.com to see if it has been used somewhere else already. People sell sites full of content that has already been published hundreds of times before already. Google and the other search engines simply filter out duplicate content because it makes no sense to index and rank the same content hundreds of times, right? Ask yourself now, what chances do you have in buying such a site? Even worse, some people are nothing else then criminal, selling sites with stolen copyrighted material from other sites, claiming it is original, leaving you with the legal troubles when you publish the site.
The second quality criteria is to check the quality of the content itself. You can buy sites having content full of grammatical errors, formatting errors, misspellings, strange characters etc. Written for a few cents by non-native writers coming from Asia or eastern Europe, such a content, even if unique, has a big disadvantage over quality and error-free content. For a search engine it’s very easy to measure such things and Google is doing this (and penalizing it) for a long time already. Google will rank an error free and well written article always ahead of bad written content. Believe it or not, it’s even possible for a machine to measure the readability of an article.
The third quality criteria is the length of the content. The longer the better. More content means more information and search engines honor this. Low quality PLR sites have only short articles, usually between 250 and 350 words, trying to mask the lack of content by adding a lot of other stuff on the web site like ads, free pictures and videos and anything else that is available for free and makes the site looks for more than it really is. Well, Google knows when you “borrow” things from other sites and can tell in a millisecond if your site is full of fake content or has something to tell. Don’t waste your valuable time with low quality content!
Site Layout: While you may not be aware of it, the way your web site is build can make or break it. The site may look fine at the first look but the errors are buried in the code, something that is very hard to tell for somebody who isn’t savvy in web design. Search engines robots can totally refuse to index or even spider a site that has errors. Even one little error in the code can lead to a total drop in the search engines. Low cost PLR sites are put together either from cheap bad web designers that usually don’t know anything about building search engine friendly sites or they just don’t to care because most buyers can’t tell the difference anyway. Since creating a good working layout takes time, it’s an easy decision for them just to forget about it.
The first thing you should do is check the site with one of the free online site checkers our there. They will give you warnings if there is a problem with the site. However, you hardly will find a site without any warning, most of them are harmless. The point is to pay attention to errors that really count. The most important thing is that the search engine can find all pages of your entire web presence. That requires an easily to spider menu or/and a sitemap that can be accessed directly from the homepage with a plain html link and not with a javascript menu or something else.
Search engines can’t read javascript, images, videos etc. and simply will ignore such links. Many of the fancy looking sites are full of javascript and flash menus that search engines can’t follow. The result is that your site doesn’t get indexed and people wonder why it takes months to get noticed by Google whining about a so called mysterious “sandbox” that must exist, which is, btw, nonsense. Beside that you should also have a correct robots.txt file and a XML Google Sitemap to make it absolutely clear where your important pages lie on your host.
The third thing is the way the pages are created. Search engines don’t really like dynamic pages (URL’s containing a ‘?’). Many cheap site builder programs and also many blogs create dynamic pages to display your content. While it isn’t totally wrong, it is much better to have clean static html pages instead of dynamic pages to avoid getting into troubles with the search engines.
SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Everybody wants free search engine traffic. This happens when your site moves up the search engine rankings until it appears in the top 10 results for a keyword. Then traffic comes from alone. This is the best case scenario for every web site owner because traffic comes to your site without you having to lift a finger or pay a dime for it.
If you have read so far you already know that, when you have poor content or a crappy layout, you can totally forget this to ever happen to your site. However, even if you have made everything right so far, your site probably still won’t show up anywhere in the search engines. Why? Because the content of the web site you have bought is not optimized properly. Again, this is something you can’t tell at the first look without being a SEO expert and having done keyword research beforehand. But this is a crucial part which will make the difference between getting traffic or not. The times are over where you could put up a site, get indexed and ranked almost from alone. That was 1999. Today, with billions of pages out there, there is competition for almost every possible keyword you can imagine.
This is where SEO comes into play. SEO is a difficult thing, requires a lot of experience and Know How. If you overdue it, you will get penalized hard by search engines. If you don’t do it, it’s pure luck if you rank for anything. That’s why SEO specialists are so expensive. SEO is a work that never ends. There is always something that you can do on your site to improve it or tweak things. Rules are constantly changing and so are the strategies and tactics. However, there are important basics that never change and that every web site should have and start with.
I consider myself as SEO expert and my Quick Start Sites all have these SEO fundamentals included. That goes from a search engine friendly site structure to a content that focuses on long-tail keywords that are much easier to rank for. All things which you only see when you take a closer look and when you know exactly where and how to look for it. Things that have proven to work. I never had a site in a sandbox, I always got spidered within hours after my site was live and never had indexation problems. Once you have got these basics right, rankings come from alone with proper promotion.
Is it really worth the price?
Let’s take a look at the parts. If you go to professional sites that sell web site templates you can see that a non-exclusive template (The are sold an unlimited number of times) costs already more than a Quick Start Site and these templates have nothing else than a layout, means no content, no SEO, no keywords etc. Take a look at the prices for getting a unique license, more than $2,000! When I started making my first sites I used to buy non-exclusive templates like these. I would just put my content on it and I’m ready to go I thought. Unfortunately it was nothing less than a nightmare. I had no idea of HTML or web site design. Even making minor changes wasn’t possible without knowing HTML coding, CSS, graphics know how and other stuff. I ended up spending days messing around with these templates just to finally give up because I messed up the code. I tried to find a web designer to get the site done the way I wanted it to have. I thought that were minor changes just, however, I was told that this can be done for a cheap $500! Needless to say that I didn’t pay that. Later I found out that it was the wrong way to go anyways. I thought the better the site looks the more money I would make. That’s why these templates looked perfect to me. But, boy I was wrong! Yes, the templates look great, but for money making purposes this is the least important factor. It even hurts your income because these sites are full of (needless) graphics that move attention away from the important money making parts of the site. Plus the other disadvantages I already mentioned before (non spiderable menus, no sitemaps etc.), not to mention that all the fancy graphics make a slow loading time. Buy such a template and you have wasted your money and still got no site. A good niche site that makes you money is set up to convert well. The layout focuses the readers attention to the Adsense ads or affiliate links and provides a perfect basis for the search engines as well. That’s all what counts.
Doing The Math
Content: You get ten UAW500 articles, means 10×3 articles or 30 articles total, value $85.
Graphics: The site comes with original graphics made by a professional graphics designer which will cost you anywhere between $100 to $200 if you have them made.
SEO: If you find a cheap SEO guy you are lucky to pay only $200 to $400 for getting your site search engine friendly.
Count all the parts and the time you would need to put that together yourself. The price is a no brainer! Grab your Quick Start Site now before they are all gone!
